| A professional FD adds value to your business: |
| • |
Strategic business and financial expertise inside your organisation. |
| • |
You need to prepare for the next stage
of business development (organic growth, new products and services,
diversification, acquisition). An FD will help you determine
strategy and implement it. |
| • |
Confidence in the financial management of the business and
in the reporting and interpretation of financial data. |
| • |
Profit and Cash-Flow management and improvement. |
| • |
The confidence of investors and lenders. |
| • |
A business professional to take
pressure off you. |
| • |
Experience and knowledge of other businesses. |
| • |
A professional disciplined approach
across the full range of business activities. |
| • |
Experience and skill in dealing with external professional
advisors (accountants, lawyers, consultants, etc) |
| • |
The skills to help you
introduce and manage change as the business grows. |
| • |
All of the above concentrated, focussed and made to measure
for your business. |
| • |
Part of your organisation but with just enough
distance to provide an objective view when you need it (on systems,
strategy, staff, etc). |
| • |
A flexible resource to handle special projects. |
| • |
Value for money – you pay for as much
or as little time as your business needs. |
I will be happy to discuss the individual needs of your business so that together we can decide on the right timing and frequency of FD involvement – whether it be a day a week or a few hours a month. It may be that you need full time help but only for a month or two – I can provide that too.
With FD Now you only pay for the time you need and you do not have any of the ‘on costs’ of employment (NI, pensions, holidays, etc) or the restrictions and implications of an employment contract. There is no period of notice if you decide you don’t need any more assistance.
